撤回権について（EUのお客様へ）
EUおよびEEA在住のお客様は、EU消費者権利指令（2011/83/EU）に基づき、商品を受け取った日から14日以内であれば、理由を問わず注文を撤回（キャンセル）する権利があります。

返金について
撤回申請を受理した後、商品の返送を確認次第、元の支払い方法にて返金いたします。返金処理には最大14日かかる場合があります。
返送について
商品の返送にかかる費用はお客様のご負担となります。商品は未使用・未開封の状態でお送りください。
撤回権が適用されない場合
- カスタマイズ・パーソナライズされた商品
- 衛生上の理由から返品不可の商品（開封済みの場合）
- デジタルコンテンツ（ダウンロード開始後）
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a resident of the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit your request within 14 days using the form below:
Refunds
Once we receive and confirm the return of your goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
Return Shipping
The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer. Please return items in unused and unopened condition.
Exceptions
- Customized or personalized products
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (if unsealed)
- Digital content (once download has begun)
